If the Adobe Acrobat Pro is needed for the user,
Step 1:
- The user can search the Adobe Acrobat in the “Software” option.
- Then click on the “Adobe Acrobat” Icon
- Once clicked, the below window will appear and fill out the details then click on “Place Request.”
Once the above steps are done, the user should confirm their identity.
Ticket ID for Service Request will be displayed as below.
Status of the ticket can be checked from home page, under the “open tickets.”
Raising an Incident/Issue
Step 1: Click Report an issue
Step 2: Fill Email address, Subject, and issue Description below and “Submit.”
