Accessing a Shared Mailbox

If you have been given permission to a shared mailbox, you will find it under Shared with me in the New Outlook.

Sending from a Shared Mailbox

Open a new Mail, click on the Options tab, select Show From checkbox. Click the From dropdown and select the shared mailbox.
